Baby Girl Bartlett

Baby Girl Bartlett is due April 7, 2008.
So I am at 19 weeks and I still have not felt BGB (that's what my dad is calling our daughter right now --Baby Girl Bartlett). Rob and I are in the process of trying out names. I think that we will test a new one out each week and see how it rolls off the tongue.
So this morning I finally broke down and ordered some
maternity pants. Of course I can't just go and buy some at the store because all those pants are high waters on me. Thank goodness for internet shopping.... some canadian company has realized that women are taller than 5'9" and those same women sometimes will get pregnant.

We're Pregnant....and it's a Girl!

So Rob and I have finally decided to get off our rear ends and start a blog that we have been talking about doing now for months.

We have just gotten back from our 2nd ultrasound and the doctor has told us we are having a girl. Rob immediately went into shock with costs of college and weddings dancing through his head. All I could think about is peeing again after being poked and proded trying to get the baby to move enough to realize that it was a girl.

We are re-arranging rooms/painting/apparently I'm nesting. I can't seem to keep the house clean enough and wake up in the middle of the night and start organizing things that have been in disarray since we moved into the house 4 years ago.

The "cradle room" is connected to the master bedroom and will house Baby Girl Bartlett for 3-4 months in the Brumby Cradle. The Brumby Cradle that is being refinished in Goliad as we speak. Supposedly it will be done by March which gives us 1 week to get it to Kyle and set it up. Let's hope all stays on track. Then we are also moving computers and files out the study -- who really needs one these days with wireless internet - and that will be the nursery. Rob has a lot to finish on his never ending "honey-do" list.
